You CAN Make Money From Private Label Rights Products!
It has to be said that there is some mystique about Private Label Resale
Rights. Many online marketers are asking "Just what are Private Label Rights products, and what can you do with
them?"
Here's my own brief explanation which I hope will help, but when you do decide to get
going with PLR, as I hope you will, be sure to read each supplier's small print as to exactly what you can
and can't do with them.
Private Label Rights give you the Right to do one of the following:
- Sell the product as is at a given price. Sometimes you have the
right to fix your own price or even give it away free as a gift or bonus
- Change or re-write the product, embelish it with graphics, and
sell it, usually at a price you fix yourself.
- Do either of the above, plus you can sell it on giving the purchaser the Right to do the same
as in items 1 and 2 above.
Let me stress that this is my potted understanding of the subject, you will want to check carefully what your
chosen supplier has to say.
So, what can you do with them? Well, you can usually, depending on the Rights you have been given,
re-write them, add your own twist and angle on the subject, and infuse them with your own style and
personality. You can break up the books and make, say, each chapter into an independent
article which you can post on your web site, or in your ezine, or post to article directory sites to
generate traffic back to your own site.
There are two mantras we often hear in the internet marketing arena. One is 'Content is king'
and the other is 'Have your own product'. With PLR you have both. A PLR book, once you have given it your own
individual treatment as mentioned above, can not only be sold by you, but you can build up your own army of
affiliates to sell it as well - offering them a generous commission, naturally!
There are basically two sources of Private Label Rights products: subscription sites, which
are reviewed here, and packages of PLR books which you purchase outright. Whichever you go for do
check that you are buying PRIVATE label rights and not PUBLIC label rights. Private Label
Rights indicate a degree of exclusivity and a limit to how many people can obtain them, whereas Public Label
Rights means anyone and his dog can get them with no restrictions. Of course, the choice is yours.

InfoGoRound.com has a wide variety of e-books together
with ready written sales letters to use when selling the finished article. It is a subscription site and adds
books and articles to the site every month. There is a forum for members to discuss and share tips and
strategies for making the most of the PLR products.
InfoGoRound was launched in May 2005 and has built up a considerable number of Private Label Right books over
the months since, together with a large number of PLR articles for use on your web site or ezine, or which can be used in a
multitude of other ways. At the time of writing this they are adding two PLR books and four article
packs per month. These are all exclusive to InfoGoRound and you won't, or shouldn't, find them available
elsewhere.
The main categories of PLR books and articles are: Business, Computers & Internet, Employment &
Wealth, Entertainment & Recreation, Health & Fitness, Home & Family and Society. Each main category is split
into several sub-categories. If you already have a themed web site then you're almost bound to find something of interest there.
If not and you're looking for a niche subject to start one up, you won't be disappointed.
Just trawl though the selection and note the titles and subjects. Here are just a few examples of books on

The majority of books also come with a pre-written sales letter and web site graphics to
create your own sales page.
You can also download article packs covering the subjects of the books, as well as a variety of other subjects
such as:
- Setting a family budget
- Part planning
- Landscaping
- Improving your marriage
- Enhance your appearance
You can use the articles in your ezines and newsletters as well as on your web site. As you
can edit and re-write them, you can insert links to any affiliate programs you belong to, assuming they fit in
with the content of the article. An added advantage of these articles is that they don't contain any link to the author and
his/her web site. Additionally there are some further packs, quite large ones, of assorted articles on various themes.
These, however, are not exclusive, and you may come across these elsewhere.
InfoGoRound is a monthly subscription site and gives you several additional benefits to
complement the books and articles. In particular they have an 'Instant Niche Site Builder' which cleverly puts
together a complete web site with Google Adsense ads, news feeds and links to any affiliate programs you may belong to. They
claim you can build a site in 5 minutes. My first attempt took all of ten minutes, but with a little
practice I'm quite prapared to believe that a 5 minute web site is achievable.
Another feature is their 'Instant Newletter Generator'. If you're dying to get an ezine going
but feel daunted by writing it up and putting it together, this should solve your problem.
Finally, if you are able to write articles, then visit the 'Articles Wanted' area, and if you
can write a quality article on any of the subjects members are requesting, then you could earn yourself a free month's

Health, especially alternative solutions to a wide variety of ailments, is a BIG topic at the
present time.
Push-Button-Health provide a quality selection of
e-books for you to make your own and they add two new ones on a monthly basis. This is also a subscription
site and the products are, as you can guess, all health related. They do not offer articles, but as you can take the
books and break them up into stand alone articles anyway, this should not be a problem.
Their first package was offered in February 2005 and they have added two products per month ever since.
Products are offered with Standard or Master resale rights. Standard Resale Rights means you can sell the
product but cannot pass on the Rights to resell it. Master resale rights means you can offer resale rights to purchasers, but
those purchasers must sell them as they are without changes. There are further qualifying fiddly bits which you can check up on
should you decide to subscribe.
Products come with a Sales Letter but no graphics for a web site. However, there are a
multitude of resources out there to help with this kind of thing, so don't be daunted by this omission.

There are some bonus turnkey product packages which are described as ready-made health and fitness related
products with Master Resale Rights. These have been bought in for the benefit of Push-Button Health subscribers. They are not
Private Label and not exclusive to Push-Button Health, but none-the-less will no doubt provide an extra profit opportunity if
used wisely.
An Information Product Development & Marketing Club area offers a "5-part Information
Marketing Formula" in the form of a series of modules to help subscribers through the process of starting their online business,
and guiding them through making use of the Push-Button Health products. Last time I looked there were 11 modules with more to
come, so I'm not too clear as  to where the '5-part formula' comes in. Still, this is clearly a work in progress so
let's not get too critical but wait to see what happens.
Their forum is called the Web Development Club and takes the usual forum format of posting
questions or gripes or whatever, and getting, hopefully, the right answers or resolutions.
As I said at the beginning of this review, health products, especially alternative health products, are
enjoying a surge of interest at the present time. If you can get in with a hot product at the right price there is no reason why
you cannot do well with it.
